8.2 As a general guide, JL7 Hot applies the following retention periods:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;

12. Minors and Age Restriction

12.1 JL7 Hot is strictly intended for use by persons aged twenty-one (21) years and above. JL7 Hot does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

12.2 If JL7 Hot becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, it will immediately close the associated account, delete the personal data, and return any deposited funds in accordance with its account closure procedures.
